Digimon MetalGarurumon + HiAndromon Papercraft by HellswordPapercraft Digimon MetalGarurumon + HiAndromon Papercraft by HellswordPapercraft
Hello everyone !!

Finally MetalGarurumon is complete !!! He looks great right ?

The model is absolutely not an easy one because of all the details and everything but believe me, it really worth the efforts !

Some important points : on the head you'll see that there are no flaps in some places, don't worry that's normal ! And you can also change the pose of the legs the way you want but be careful of the cable on the front legs, depending of the pose of the legs you may have to cut the cables, to adapt it to the legs ! And if you prefer Black MetalGarurumon, on the .rar you can find a Black MetalGarurumon texture and use it with Pepakura Viewer ^-^

Why did I took a photo with HiAndromon ? Well, the two of them are Mega Digimon, they are Cyborg Digimon aaaaaand the two of them are awesome XD

Difficulty: Hard

Size:
H: ~28cm
W: ~22cm
D: ~40cm

I hope you like this model and that you'll enjoy building it !!

I also want to ask for some help about the 3D editing of the models I use, I want to create some dynamic models with awesome poses and everything but I absolutey have not the skills to do so and most of the models I want to edit are absolutely not papercraftable and well, I really need someone to help me with the 3D editing, if anyone want to help me, just say it in the comments or send me a note ^-^ thank you in advance !!

Yup, I have a 3D model of this Digimon in stock ! But everything is to do on him : change the pose (the model is in " T " pose), the model is a complete mess (the wings overflow everywhere, the arms are separated in three different sections, his face has too much polygons even for me who like detailed models it's too much and a looooot of other things )
If you really want to help me with the editing of this model, I'll really be grateful because well, I'd really like to turn this Digimon into a Papercraft ^-^

If you like hard models, you'll like VenomMyotismon very much ! (and if you reduce polygons, if possible just his head needs a polygons reduction not the rest) if you want to try, you can find the model there : www.models-resource.com/pc_com…

Yup, a very long time and when I test build my models I also have to apply some corrections or even completely remake some parts to make it buildable more easily and that's what I did with MetalGarurumon, the one I built is 281 pieces of paper glued together, the final one is 251 parts !

So many parts? O.o That was certainly a lot of paper and glue. When I think about cutting out all the parts. XD

I would also like to do again Papercraft. Unfortunately, I have no place for it.

Well that's a normal number of parts for such a model, I think my Angewomon is around 400 parts sooooo... Well building detailed models means a lot of parts but it really worth it !! And it was 18 pages and not as much glue as I expected and whe you build a Papecraft, never think about the number of parts or all you motivation vanishes XD

And place is unfortunately something every Papercrafters need to have !! But you know, you can find a lot of really awesome models which are around 5/10cm tall !!
